ICAO NACC Event in Cuba

The Eleventh North American, Central American, and Caribbean Directors of Civil Aviation Meeting (NACC/DCA/11) took place in Varadero, Cuba, from June 28-30, 2023. The event aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of Security Culture and its relevance to domestic AVSEC regimes. It also sought to increase knowledge about the insider threat within the aviation domain and how to leverage stakeholder buy-in to mitigate such threats.
